Vermont Maple Syrup
Our pure and natural old-fashioned maple syrup is made entirely from the sap of Sugar Maple trees. We manage our sugarbush for the long-term health of the trees and use wood from our forests to boil the sap. Approximately 40 gallons of Maple sap are boiled down to produce one gallon of maple syrup. There are no additives in our syrup, and we pack it in glass to maintain its natural flavor. Youthwork students are integral to every aspect of maple syrup production—they help manage the sugarbush, maintain and clean the sap lines, split firewood, boil the sap, bottle the syrup, and assure a high quality and delicious product. Our pure Vermont Maple Syrup is available in half pint, pint, quart, half gallon, and gallon containers. We use plastic containers for shipping.
