Aidan is currently a student at UVM. While an intern at Smokey House Center during the summer of 2024, Aidan focused on establishing permanent fixed plots in two sugarbush research stands, which is aimed at gathering data on how sugarbushes respond to climate change over the coming decades. He collected data from plots in both stands and analyzed and mapped that data to guide future treatments and the placement of our permanent fixed plots.
